Support

Write to us at hello@radosenlabs.com. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. You don't need to tell us anything about your child's health for us to help.

Your subscription

Apple handles the subscription and its payments. To change or cancel it, open your iPhone's Settings app and go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. In Tummy Tales, Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription takes you to the same place.

To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Deleting your record doesn’t cancel your subscription.

Refunds are Apple's to decide. You can ask Apple for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

A new iPhone, or the app reinstalled

Open Tummy Tales and go to Settings → Subscription → Restore purchase. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

Your record

Your record is kept on your phone, and Tummy Tales never sends it to us. So we cannot see it, and we cannot recover it.

A lost or replaced phone brings your record back only from your iPhone's own backup, or from a copy you made with Settings → Save a copy of your record. That copy is yours. It opens only with the six words shown when you made it: if they are lost, the file cannot be opened — by you, by us, or by anyone.

Deleting your record

In Tummy Tales, go to Settings → Delete everything. It removes your record from your phone and cannot be undone. Copies you have already saved, and your iPhone's own backups, are not affected.

Medical questions

We can't answer questions about your child's health. Tummy Tales keeps a record of what you tell it. It does not diagnose, it does not decide whether a food is safe, and it does not tell you what care to seek. It is not a medical device and it is not a substitute for your own clinician.

How we handle your information is on our privacy page.
