Consumer health data privacy policy
The Tummy Tales app keeps your child's record on your phone, and we never receive it. The only health information that can reach us is what you choose to put in an email to us. Washington, Nevada and Connecticut treat information like that as consumer health data, so we do too, wherever you live.
Who we are
Radosen Labs LLC. Email: [email protected]. Privacy officer: Radek Derkacz, Founder, [email protected].
What we collect, and where it comes from
Only what you send us by email: your email address, your message, and anything you put in it, such as an Apple order ID or something about your child. Nothing else: the app never sends us your record, and this website keeps nothing about you. Its host, Cloudflare, receives only what a web server needs to send you a page, as our privacy page explains.
Why
To answer you. Nothing else. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never build a profile from it.
Who receives it
Apple, which hosts our mailbox (iCloud Mail). What you send us may be accessible to authorities in the United States under its laws. We never sell it, we never give it to anyone for marketing or advertising, and we have no affiliates.
How long we keep it
We delete your email, and our reply, 12 months after your question is answered, or as soon as you ask.
Your rights
You can ask us:
- whether we hold anything you sent us, for a copy of it, and for the list of everyone who has received it (Apple, which hosts our mailbox);
- to correct it, or to send it to you in a form you can reuse;
- to delete it;
- to withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to us.
We do not sell, use for targeted advertising, or profile anyone, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Write to [email protected]. We answer in writing within 45 days. If we need more time we will tell you why, and take at most 45 days more. If we turn down a request, you can appeal the same way, by email, and we will answer the appeal in writing within 45 days, saying what we did and why. If we turn down your appeal, you can complain to your state's attorney general online: in Washington at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint, in Connecticut at portal.ct.gov/ag/common/complaint-form-landing-page.
If this policy changes, we will ask for your consent again before using what you sent us in any new way.
