Privacy
The short version: this website tracks nobody, and the app keeps your child's record on your phone.
The Tummy Tales app
Your record is stored on your phone. Tummy Tales never sends it to us or to anyone else.
If your phone backs up to iCloud or Google, your record is included in that backup, which Apple or Google keep under their terms rather than ours. On iPhone, a switch in Settings leaves it out of the backup.
A report or a backup file leaves your phone only when you choose to share it, and only to where you send it.
The app has no account, and no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting code.
Your subscription
Apple handles the subscription: the purchase, the payment and any refund. Apple does not give us your name, your Apple Account or your card details. The app checks your subscription with Apple, on your phone, and tells us nothing.
From Apple we receive sales figures, and crash reports and usage figures only from people who chose, in their iPhone's settings, to share them with app developers.
What stays after Delete everything
Delete everything, in the app's Settings, removes your record from your phone. Two small notes stay, and neither is sent to us: the dated note that you agreed to Tummy Tales keeping health information, and that you withdrew; and a note that this phone's free start has been used, which holds no health information and stays even if you delete the app. Copies you saved, and your phone's own backups, are not affected.
If you write to us
If you email us, we keep your email address, your message and our reply so that we can answer you, and delete them 12 months after your question is answered. You don't need to tell us anything about your child's health for us to help. If you send us an Apple order ID, we use it only to help with that purchase.
The details, and your rights, are in our consumer health data privacy policy.
This website
It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing on it loads from another company's servers: the fonts and pictures are its own files.
Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting company, Cloudflare, which receives what a web server needs to send you a page, such as your device's internet address. We do not use that to identify you or follow you.
Links to other organisations open their own websites, which have their own privacy terms.
Who we are
